Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the hotel to keep guest rooms and public areas in top condition.

You’ll respond to guest requests, assist with plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, and help the maintenance team meet safety and quality standards, contributing directly to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Able to lift, move, climb and use tools.
• Flexible to work any days, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
