Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a reliable maintenance team member to keep both exterior and interior areas clean and orderly at our locations. The role supports management in keeping grounds, equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms in top condition and ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have experience in equipment maintenance, HVAC, and related handyman or janitorial work. The position offers weekly pay, competitive wages, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Prior experience in equipment maintenance, HVAC, journeyman, appliance repair, handyman or janitorial work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining outside grounds
• Maintaining/cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Managing and unloading delivery trucks as scheduled
• Maintaining and emptying trash and other trash equipment
• Maintaining/cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units
