Qualifications

• Must pass HBM prescreen check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have basic hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Painting and Drywall experience required.
• General preventative maintenance experience is required.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must have good public relations skills and communication.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Applicants must perform basic manual labor, lift 50–75 lbs., be able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, climb stairs/ladder.
