West Fraser is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Newberry, SC facility. This on-site role leads maintenance teams, drives uptime, and ensures safe, reliable operations with strong planning and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge and experience in effective reliability programs are essential.
• Demonstrated leadership with change management and continuous improvement drive.
• Sound knowledge of Safe Work Procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Strategic thinker with data-based problem solving for decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance supervisors and craftspeople.
• Ensure timely execution of work with quality, communication, and documentation.
• Monitor troubleshooting and promptly correct issues.
• Oversee work order tracking and maintenance planning schedules.
• Coordinate training for maintenance and operations teams.
