Job summary

Wal-Mart is seeking a Janitorial Associate to keep our Northampton store clean and welcoming from the parking lot to the back of house. This full-time role features overnight shifts and a focus on safety and customer impression.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment, handling duties across multiple areas, and contributing to a positive store experience for customers and colleagues alike. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
