Job summary

Wal-Mart #2594 in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Janitorial Associate to help create a clean and welcoming store environment for customers from the parking lot through restrooms and the receiving area.

As a full-time overnight associate, you will contribute to a safe, tidy store while earning an hourly wage with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans, and education programs.

Hourly Wage: $17.5 - $30.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
