Walmart's Neighborhood Market #7209 in Lumberton, NC is seeking part-time janitorial associates for overnight shifts to keep the store clean from parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas.

You will help create a safe, welcoming shopping environment by performing sweeping, mopping, trash removal and general upkeep in accordance with Walmart standards.

Hourly pay ranges from $14 to $27, with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits as part of Walmart's compensation package.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
