Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #1164 in Columbia, SC is looking for janitorial associates to keep our store clean from the parking lot to restrooms. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming shopping environment and maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas.

Earn an hourly wage of $14 to $27 with additional incentives and premiums based on schedule, performance, and location. This is a full-time or part-time role with overnight shifts available.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
