Walmart Supercenter #4476 in Chesterfield, VA is seeking janitorial associates. You will help maintain the store's cleanliness from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas, ensuring a neat, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for customers.

As a full-time role with overnight shifts, you will earn an hourly wage between $14 and $27, with potential premiums and incentive pay based on schedule, facility, or performance.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
