Walmart is seeking janitorial associates to ensure customers have a great first and last impression by keeping the store clean from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas.

Based at Walmart Supercenter #612 in Charleston, IL, you will maintain a safe, inviting shopping environment during overnight shifts. The role offers full-time hours, very competitive pay, and eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package including incentives.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
