Walmart in Alexandria, LA is seeking Janitorial associates to help ensure customers have a great first and last impression by keeping the store clean from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas. This role is part-time with overnight shifts.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $27 plus additional incentives, premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and education benefits.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
