Job summary

Superior Forge & Steel is seeking a Millwright to join our Maintenance Department. This 2nd or 3rd shift role focuses on mechanical support for plant facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship or millwright experience preferred.
• Welding skills a plus are advantageous.
• No prior plant experience required – company paid apprenticeship program available.

Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing and maintaining industrial buildings and machinery.
• Reading/interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches.
• Possibly fabricating parts and assemblies.
• Welding, brazing, and cutting: shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, oxy‑fuel.
• General plant maintenance.
• Perform department duties as needed.
