Qualifications for a Maintenance – Mechanical Technician

• Experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or general handyman work
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of this skilled labor position
• Experience delivering great customer service

Certification in any of the mechanical trades is a bonus but not required. HVAC experience is a plus. Being a veteran is also a plus. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information simply, are essential. A troubleshooter and problem‑solver with a positive, can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset are sought.
