Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join the Sealy, TX team, supporting the Operations group in a dynamic manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem solving, a proactive attitude and teamwork to ensure uptime on continuous production lines.

The role targets pneumatic, hydraulic, bearing and transmission systems, with preventative maintenance and collaboration across maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to maximize uptime in a continuous process environment.
• Engage in preventative maintenance in assigned areas.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve issues.

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join their team. As an Maintenance Mechanic Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Technician

Location: Sealy, TX

Pay Range: $31.05 or DOE

Shift: 2nd(2pm-11pm) or 3rd(11pm-7am) Must be flexible to work either shifts when needed.

What's the Job?

• Utilize mechanical skills and knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication
