Staffmark Group is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Bristol, TN to perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills, PLC programming, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including 110V-480V systems.
• Experience with PLC programming, frequency drives, servo motors, and machine controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and ladder logic.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Experience operating machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and cutoff saws.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Program, repair, and maintain PLCs and automation equipment.
• Install and maintain facility and production machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Complete maintenance records, SOPs, JSAs, and repair documentation.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with sourcing replacement components.
• Support machine operators with advanced troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
