AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. The role includes painting interior and exterior surfaces, maintaining paint inventories, and keeping precise maintenance logs to meet state and federal standards.
You will respond to emergencies, train staff, and help develop new processes. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

7am to 3:30 pm - Monday to Friday first shift
Assists in the operation and general maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Properly stores, cleans, and disposes of all supplies and equipment used per departmental policies and procedures. Applies protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, furniture, equipment, and other property. Maintains existing paint surfaces by matching and tinting appropriate paint products. Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation. Other duties as assigned. Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards. May be required to respond to emergency calls and take call in accordance with facility protocols. Provides on-the-job skills training to staff. Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis in a timely manner. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance.
