Women of the Vine & Spirits Corporate Member Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III for the Columbia Crest Winery in Paterson, WA. The role focuses on regular maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of winemaking equipment to support production.

Qualifications

• VFDs, electrical motors, PLCs handling
• Reading and interpreting schematics
• Welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG/STICK)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and unplanned repairs per procedures.
• Install and align motors, gear boxes, pumps and other mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools like VOM and amp meters for maintenance.
• Utilize CMMS/JDE to create work orders and track repairs.
• Read blueprints and process diagrams to troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform calculations for volumes, area, flow, and thermal loads.
• Follow safety/GMP policies and work in a team.
