Job summary

Purple is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift (Mon-Wed, 7pm–7:30am) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in our McDonough, GA area. The role supports safety and productivity by performing preventive maintenance and quick repairs to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and 5–10 years of maintenance experience, with ability to operate forklifts and a variety of tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in a maintenance capacity.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
