Job summary

One Fine Family, based in Baltimore, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to perform skilled maintenance on food production equipment and facility systems. The role requires troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced plant.

Required: trade school certification or equivalent, 2+ years industrial maintenance, proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, and basic fabrication.

Qualifications

Trade School Certification or equivalent experience.
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficient with hand tools, multimeters, and basic fabrication.
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights.
Pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test and background screen.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, conveyors, pumps, and food processing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Replace worn or faulty components such as bearings, belts, and sensors.
Support installation of new machinery or production lines.
Document maintenance activities via work orders/logs.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, and food safety standards.
Mentor Mechanic I staff on safety and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with supervisors to minimize downtime.
