Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required, trade school certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience preferred.
• Proficient in 3 of the following skills: Electrical, Welding, Plumbing.
• Beginning in 2 of the following skills: Water systems, Machining.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving in mechanical and electrical areas.
• Demonstrates a highly motivated work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to production pressures.

Responsibilities

• Complete all PM Work Orders.
• Complete commonly required repairs and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior staff and perform OJT.
• Read and understand equipment manuals.
• Create, review and modify PM & CM type work orders.
• Plan and oversee work.
• Identify and purchase parts.
• Understand work orders, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Understand operation of equipment and systems.
