Medxcel in Mequon, Wisconsin, is seeking a Day shift, Full-time Facilities Technician to maintain and repair our hospital campus. You’ll work in the Facilities department at Columbia St.

Mary’s Hosptal- Ozaukee Campus, ensuring reliable systems and safe, efficient environments for patients and staff. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and support cross-department operations.

Qualifications

• Trade school graduate with 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
• Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.
• Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.
