Join us! As our next Facility Supervisor reporting to the Senior Reliability Engineer, you will manage the facility maintenance required in our site for the equipment and building maintenance. You will also oversee external services versus in-house services and help build projects and initiatives. This position is located in Cincinnati, OH.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

You will oversee the Facility Maintenance required at the site.

• Facility Equipment
• Boiler Operations
• HVAC
• Compressed Air
• Building maintenance
• Landscape
• Janitorial
• Utilities
• Roofing
• Flooring

Manage External services versus in-house with Scheduler.

• Manage work from External Services (planned work). Emergency external services still responsible by the Maintenance supervisor.
• Handle conversations with customer and contractor to ensure scope and execution is completed with safety, quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, permit to work and GMP.
• Work with planning and scheduling to determine the outsource strategy for the site.
• Maximize our ability to implement jobs during the week so we are paying contractors their standard rate versus OT and sometimes double time.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and contractor management.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the industrial background, facility maintenance and general Maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in Boiler operations, HVAC, Compressed air systems, Waste water treatment.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience working in food or chemical manufacturing.
• Understanding of GMP policies
