Job summary

Neenah Foundry Company seeks a diligent Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair production equipment in a Florida operation. You will read blueprints, diagnose mechanical issues, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime while adhering to safety procedures.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance, proficiency with pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and welding, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a hot, physical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a foundry or manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and basic electrical repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and foundry machinery.
• Read blueprints and work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
• Assist in installing new machinery or equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and document repairs.
