SolutionHealth is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Nashua, NH. The role supports the hospital campus by performing preventive maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment, and facility systems.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of general maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with hand and power tools. The position offers first shift hours and a benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of general maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and work at varying heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general maintenance duties in support of the Engineering Department, including changing light fixtures, resetting breakers, cleaning and installing light panels, and repairing sockets and wiring.
• Utilize proper techniques and equipment to install, maintain, and repair a variety of interior and exterior finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain a continuous supply of medical gases by replacing tanks and coordinating reorders as needed.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and staging equipment while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
• Assist with general facility upkeep to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

About the Job:
