You will use CMMS to document work orders, assist with machinery setups, and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications include 5+ years in a food manufacturing setting, PLC familiarity, and experience with conveyors and gear boxes.

Formación

• 5+ years maintenance mechanic experience in a food manufacturing operation.
• Trade school coursework desirable but not required.
• Experience troubleshooting basic electrical failures.
• Understanding of PLC operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with conveyors and material handling equipment.
• Experience with metal detector operation and calibration.
• Experience with food processing equipment such as oil and dry roasters.
• Experience using maintenance work order systems (CMMS).

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Perform mechanical and light electrical maintenance (56V and under).
• Use manuals, drawings, and blueprints for repairs.
• Complete daily work orders in CMMS with hours and parts.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures for safety.
• Assist with machinery setups and changeovers.
• Request spare parts and repairs using manuals/drawings.
• Contribute to process improvements and preventive maintenance lists.
