Seviroli Foods is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Hauppauge, NY to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, and support safe, compliant manufacturing operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, install and modify equipment, and maintain documentation in CMMS while upholding food safety standards and GMPs. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum three years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining food processing or manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Install, modify, repair and maintain production machinery and related equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance records using CMMS.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, startup, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas in an organized manner.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
