Arclin in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician at the St Clair location to support plant operations by keeping rubber processing equipment running efficiently. You will work under the Maintenance Manager to prevent downtime and improve performance of extruders, mixers, presses, and related systems.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of rubber manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and a proactive safety mindset.

This role plays a key part in ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of extruders, mixers, presses, and other rubber manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward preventive maintenance and safety.
