Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient functioning of all plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Location: New Britain, CT

Pay Range: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot and diagnose all maintenance failures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Utilize assembly drawings, P&IDs, and manuals to tune equipment for operation.
• Apply electrical and logic principles to effectively solve equipment problems.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area in accordance with GMP and safety guidelines.
• Train new associates and team members on required skill sets for maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Experience with operating devices such as gauges, RTDs, and pressure transmitters.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations associates on equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
