POM Wonderful is hiring a Reliability Mechanic in California’s Central Valley. You will oversee maintenance, tool changes, and setup for production equipment across Plant 1, Plant 2, Arils or Scholar departments. Safety, GMP and food safety are integral to every task.
Base compensation ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, plus 2+ years of relevant training and 1 year supervisory experience.

The Reliability Mechanic is responsible for, but not limited to overseeing, maintaining, performing tooling changes and setup. Installation and repair of electrical (minor electrical), plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and other production/processing equipment. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. They may be assigned to the Plant 1, Plant 2, Arils or Scholar Department depending on the need or opening. All of these departments are part of the Fresh Department. The Reliability Mechanic must also keep Safety and Quality in mind when all tasks are performed by them or those they are responsible for overseeing.
Base Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00
High School or GED or related technical field. At least two years of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related area. One year experience in maintenance operations including two years in a supervisory capacity. Other similar work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
