Caterpillar Inc. in Morton, IL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep plant facilities running smoothly on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Weekday 3rd Shift - Sunday night – Friday morning 11:00pm - 7:00am
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will use your skills to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on plant facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime. The hourly rate for this position starts at $35.81 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential (For 2nd and 3rd shift). This full-time position offers benefits including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K etc.
The bonus is paid in two installments at the end of each calendar quarter. New hires are eligible for the first installment at the end of the quarter in which they start.
