Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring Maintenance Mechanics at the Kenosha Bottling Plant. The role involves regular electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed bottling lines to reduce downtime.

You will support line operations, troubleshoot line issues, and assist with changeovers and training of operators. Qualified candidates should have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of VFDs/PLCs (Allen Bradley), and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 environment,

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to maintain high-speed bottling lines.
• Ability to perform machine safety inspections and adhere to safety protocols.
• Experience with VFDs, PLCs (Allen Bradley), conveyors and servo motors is a plus.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends/holidays.
• Dependable attendance and accurate record-keeping are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support line operations and troubleshoot issues on the line; assist with rework and coverage.
• Train operators and other mechanics in maintenance procedures and equipment operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams; use CMMS for work orders.
• Maintain safe work environment following lock-out/tag-out procedures and NEC/NFPA codes.
