To qualify for this position, applicants must show journey level experience in at least three of the following occupational areas: Plumbing, Irrigation, Pipefitting or HVAC. This experience must be reflected in your resume. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Ability to perform the duties of a maintenance mechanic (i.e. maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing, utility, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), steam generating equipment and building automation systems) without more than normal supervision.
