Paris Regional Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a facilities maintainer in Paris, Texas. You’ll support the upkeep of the hospital’s physical plant and essential equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks, working under supervision, and following safety protocols to protect patients and staff. High school diploma required; prior maintenance experience preferred.

Qualificações

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Three to six months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and training.

• Perform maintenance to keep the facility structure and equipment in good repair.
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics with plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks.
• Work with normal supervision and follow safety precautions.
• Know and use plant tools and equipment appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How You'll Contribute

Responsible for the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Minor maintenance, repairs and other duties are the primary duties. Assists the Maintenance Mechanics with plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance. Ability to do work on his/her own with only normal supervision. Knowledge of how to use and maintain plant tools and equipment. Knowledge and observance of safety precautions. Performs other duties as assigned.
