Mubea in New York, NY is seeking an E-Bike Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on Electric Cargo Bikes. You will follow standard procedures to monitor performance, safety, and effectiveness, and log modifications in the maintenance system.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site support and technical assistance with electro-mechanical products, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions by reworking, repairing, or modifying non-conforming parts and assemblies.
• Installs new equipment or upgrades and provides routine maintenance to ensure function and uptime.
• Performs trial runs of machinery to test quality and performance rates and trains users on operation and maintenance.
• Develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.

Job Summary

E-Bike Mechanic performs preventive maintenance and skilled repairs Electric Cargo Bikes. Follows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. Performs equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Logs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system. Follows all safety procedures.
