Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will perform a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with production teams.

The role requires 2+ years of experience with industrial machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)

• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

• Competitive hourly pay: $29.32 to $39.57
• 1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours/week

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary range for position: $29.32 to $39.57 per hour.
• Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
• Paid Holidays.
• Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
