Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an entry-level Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in the Mesa, AZ area. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of industrial equipment within a stable, team-oriented environment.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from Plant Management while maintaining water and production systems. This position supports safety initiatives and may involve off-shift or weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some experience repairing industrial equipment in manufacturing, laundry, or cleanroom environments preferred.
• Military experience strongly considered.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Blueprints/diagrams reading required.
• Able to safely use power tools, forklifts, manlifts and hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of industrial equipment and systems

What We're Looking For
