We offer a full-time schedule (Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 AM‑6:00 PM), 2 weeks vacation in years 1 and 2, 13 sick days, 13 paid holidays (including birthday), and a comprehensive benefits package. The position opens to both internal and external applicants and is funded by the federal government.
The Maintenance Mechanic ensures building physical condition meets agency standards and responds to resident maintenance requests. The role involves skilled work in heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general facility construction, without supervisory duties.
