Qualifications

  • Formal training or 3+ years of experience in electrical, controls, or instrumentation maintenance.
  • Proficient with PLCs, HMIs, and related control system equipment.
  • Able to read and update P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, motors, transformers, and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot flow, temperature, weight, and pressure devices, including 4–20 mA loops and electro-pneumatic controls.
  • Interpret and update P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI systems.
