Cclhealthcare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair bindery folding machines and printing presses in our Baltimore facility.

The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance planning, and collaboration with all departments to ensure uninterrupted production. Strong reading of schematics, basic welding, and forklift/Hi-Lo familiarity are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical skills and problem solving.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience with welding and machine shop basics.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance and repairs on bindery folding machines & printing presses
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical problems on folding machines & printing presses

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to maneuver in tight spaces.
• To do a lot of bending and reaching
• Ability to lift between 35-50 lbs.
• Ability to move heavy equipment
• Forklift and Hi Lo experience a plus
