Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II for the 2nd shift in Aspers, PA. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving processing and packaging equipment to maximize production while upholding safety and quality standards.

This full-time position requires 3 years of direct maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to read complex instructions and schematics. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ direct maintenance experience maintaining, troubleshooting, & repairing mechanical & electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, flowcharts, and schematics.
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
  • Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work.
  • Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.
  • Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, TPM functions, equipment setup and center lining.
  • Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate.
  • Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment.
  • Complete size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.
  • Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision.
  • Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

Shift & Schedule

This is a full time position on 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30p. m. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.


Maintenance Mechanic II - Aspers, PA


The Maintenance Mechanic II at Keurig Dr Pepper will be responsible for facilitation and leadership to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve process and packaging equipment, to maximize production and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in improving maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Total Rewards


  • Pay starting at $33.25 per hour.

Requirements


  • 3 years’ direct maintenance experience maintaining, troubleshooting, & repairing mechanical & electrical systems

  • Demonstrated mechanical/electrical skills

  • Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, flowchart, block diagram, and schematics.

  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
