Job summary

Powerwell is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a plastic molding manufacturing maintenance team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will plan and supervise repairs, manage maintenance schedules in IQMS, develop technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met across facilities.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• 1-3 years of experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
• 2-5 years of experience specifically maintaining plastic molding machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance work with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians.
• Plan and ensure completion of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules in IQMS.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
• Install, program, maintain, and repair automated machinery.
• Manage spare-parts inventory and equipment uptime KPIs.
• Promote 5S and safe working environment.
• Travel to other client facilities as required.
