• Experience troubleshooting and repairing dairy equipment, facility systems, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in pumps, motors, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, plumbing, and general facility maintenance preferred.
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Experience maintaining agricultural equipment, skid steers, tractors, loaders, or similar equipment preferred.

This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime by ensuring equipment remains reliable and operational.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems, repairing pumps, motors, facility equipment, parlor systems, ventilation equipment, plumbing, and general dairy infrastructure.
