Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production maintenance.
• 5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience
• Must have managed a maintenance department in a food manufacturing facility
• Experience with processing equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
