The role emphasizes development of a preventive maintenance program, collaboration across teams, and managing a budget and CMMS system to track work orders and inventory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing (food/beverage preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing maintenance operations and personnel.
• Hands-on pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, HVAC, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Regulatory compliance experience in FDA/USDA facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on processing and packaging equipment.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance team including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and sanitation teams to align activities.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair to minimize disruptions.
