This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, working Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Be a safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Manage work backlogs for accuracy, considering parts, labor, and tooling.
• Maintain an accurate forecast that adheres to established maintenance strategies.
• Work regularly with maintainers to build or improve detailed work packages.
• Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment.
• Ensure schedules developed by management are followed.
• Utilize work order backlog to select jobs for execution prioritizing safety and production.
• Meet job deadlines and properly prioritize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Assist in developing detailed plans for extensive equipment repairs.
• Provide leadership in the spare parts area.
• Establish minimum and maximum stock levels for spare parts.
• Work schedule is from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday.
