Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance staff, oversee repairs and installations, and drive preventative maintenance for our refrigerated food manufacturing facility.

The role requires 10+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and basic computer knowledge. English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, with up to 5% travel and possible after-hours scheduling.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Job Specifications

1. 10+ years maintenance experience is required.

2. Electrical mechanical experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.

2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.

3. Frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions.

4. Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs is required.

5. Travel 5% of the time.

6. Production demands may require and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
