Job summary

Meijer in Ohio is seeking an engineering leader for maintenance and capital projects. You will oversee 24/7 production systems, ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while coaching a team across functions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years supervisory experience, 2+ years handling manufacturing capital projects, ESL/aseptic equipment experience, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading manufacturing-related capital projects.
• Experience with ESL and/or aseptic filling equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for 24/7 production systems and safety.
• Collaborate with plant management to improve safety, quality and OEE.
• Utilize CI techniques to optimize equipment and processes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA.
• Manage maintenance budget and capital projects.
