Anita’s Mexican Foods in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and facilities teams in a fast-paced food production environment. You will drive PM/CMMS programs, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across equipment uptime and plant operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, PLC/electrical skills, and a proactive approach to improving reliability and throughput.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing equipment repair.
  • Engineering experience in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems in manufacturing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and CMMS-based programs.

Will direct all capital engineering design and projects to completion and work with appropriate vendors.
