Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position SummarySack Capital Partners is looking for an experienced Plumber Maintenance Technician who can support a site within our East Bay portfolio, specifically, Richmond, CA. The ideal candidate must is a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting and repairing pipes and plumbing systems and assure all of a building’s fixtures operate correctly. Their duties include finding the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing the plumbing system. This position requires supervision of designated staff, interaction with residents as well as vendors and other team members. A successful candidate will be a good problem solver and a self-starter.
