EquipmentShare is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the onsite maintenance operations at Hubbard, TX. The role focuses on overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating a team of mechanics, and ensuring high-quality service for rental equipment.

You will manage scheduling, safety, and process improvements while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive efficiency and satisfaction. A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in rental or construction fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance services and inspections of equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise mechanics and service staff.
• Schedule repairs for rental equipment.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure 100% satisfaction with service.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and train staff.
• Develop service standards and supervise the service team.
• Present regular reports to senior management.
• Develop contracts for Commercial Contractors and Developers with ongoing needs.
• Instruct customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance.
• Inspect returned rental equipment and manage deposits.

We’re hiring a Maintenance Manager at our onsite facility in Hubbard, TX (Advanced Solutions), and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversees preventative maintenance services and inspections of equipment

• Coordination and supervision of quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel

• Scheduling repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment

• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare and are being kept up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.

• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.

• Employee training and development and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the service delivery department

• Supervising other members of the service team

• Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times

• Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency

• Resolving any service problems and customer complaints

• Conducting periodic appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement

• Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management

• Developing contracts for Commercial Contractors and Developers who have ongoing rental or purchase needs

• Instructing customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance

• Inspecting rental equipment on return, looking for any damage and returning deposits

Skills & Qualifications

• Industry knowledge (this can be in the rental industry or a related construction field), Innovative and dependable.
• Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience.
• Competitive candidates will have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Candidates must be adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and be able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts
• Knowledge of work planning and scheduling and other supervisory activities
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Clear perspective of maintenance and repair issues in the industry
